We are hiring a full time contract full stack engineer to work directly with the founding team. You will build an AI first legal infrastructure platform and ship production systems that are used by real law firms.
This is a high ownership role. You will design and ship across the stack, with responsibility for delivering reliable, scalable systems at speed.
You will own product features from idea to production, spanning frontend, backend, database, AI integrations, and infrastructure. This is not a maintenance role. You will architect systems, refactor aggressively, and continuously ship to production.
Ship full stack features from idea to production
Design scalable APIs and AI driven workflows
Architect secure, well structured database schemas with strong isolation and RLS
Build and maintain reliable AI pipelines and automation systems
Deploy and monitor services in GCP
Partner closely with founders on product and system design
You should be AI native in how you build:
Integrate LLM APIs into production systems with structured outputs and evaluation loops
Build AI features with guardrails, monitoring, and clear failure handling
Use AI tools to accelerate development and increase iteration speed
Think in terms of automation, agents, and AI first workflows
Strong TypeScript expertise
Production experience with React and Node based backends
Strong SQL and relational schema design skills
Experience deploying containerized services to cloud environments
Hands on experience with LLM integrations
